These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Still Good app and website operated by Seth Lachman.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Still Good, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Still Good helps users track opened food items, set reminders, and mark items as used.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must comply with applicable laws when using the service. Additional account requirements may apply as features evolve.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Still Good and related content remain with Seth Lachman and its licensors.

Still Good offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans ("Still Good Pro"):

  • Monthly Subscription - 1 month term
  • Yearly Subscription - 1 year term

Pricing may vary by country and storefront.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew every 1 month.
  • Yearly subscriptions renew every 1 year.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

Free Trials and Promotions

  • If a free trial is offered, your Apple ID account will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Managing, Cancelling, and Restoring

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
  • You can restore eligible purchases from within the app.

Refunds and Price Changes

  • Billing and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms and policies.
  • We may change subscription pricing or Pro features in the future as permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seth Lachman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
